Account Operations Analyst

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Operations Analyst with experience managing adtech/martech platforms and working directly with clients to support our client growth. You will be working directly with the Head of Sales & Account, other client team members, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner to help onboard new clients and ensure ongoing success. 

Role Specifics

  • Creative tagging implementation
  • Website pixel placement and troubleshooting
  • Data QA and troubleshooting (eg. analyzing website domains, data match rates, campaign mapping, etc.)
  • Client support (eg. answering questions like “Why does my data look like this?” or “What is wrong with this campaign setup?”)
  • Client Success (eg. providing guidance like “Here’s how you can improve your campaigns.” or “Here’s how you can get the most value out of Octane11.”)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with digital ad buying on major platforms including (TTD, DV360, Xandr, StackAdapt, Beeswax, etc) and activities like campaign optimization and tag placement 
  • Experience with B2B audience targeting using data partners like Bombora, D&B, LiveRamp, etc)
  • Experience with digital ad buying and/or social media management on LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of adtech concepts like impressions, clicks, conversion, website tags and creative tags
  • Experience with Martech tools like Email platforms (eg. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • “Can do” attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills

Logistics

  • Octane11 is a “Remote First” company with globally distributed offices
  • All team members must be able to work during US-East time zone business hours
  • For non-US residents, this is an Independent Contractor position
