The Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive with experience in Ad Tech, Agency, and B2B environments, who thrives in entrepreneurial, early-stage settings. You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales & Account to grow our business by building strong relationships with prospective clients and expanding existing partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of Octane11 in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Role Specifics
- Prospecting & Outreach: Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, email, and phone to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales & Account Growth: Identify customer needs, present tailored product demonstrations, and create customized proposals to close deals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with B2B sales and marketing teams, agencies, and channel partners to establish long-term value.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed notes on customer interactions and manage opportunities in HubSpot CRM to track and achieve sales targets.
- Market Evangelism: Create engaging LinkedIn content, blog posts, and videos to promote Octane11’s value and thought leadership in the industry.
- Customer Advocacy: Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve client experiences and align offerings with market needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with onboarding and account management teams to ensure smooth client transitions and sustained success.
Requirements
- Experience:
- 3+ years of sales experience in Ad Tech, Agency, SaaS, or B2B environments.
- Experience with B2B audience targeting and tools like Bombora, D&B, and LiveRamp.
- Skills:
- Strong ability to understand and articulate our platform solutions and value propositions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, native-level English language skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Tools:
- Familiarity with major CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Marketo, Demandbase, etc).
- Bonus: Graphic design skills (presentations, web graphics, ad creative).
