2) ✨ New Marketing Influence Widget: The Home Page just got a major upgrade! Marketers that have integrated their CRM will now see a running list of “Marketing Influenced Wins” front and center on Home Page. From there you can quickly access more detailed Marketing Influence insights and rich customer journey visualizations.
3) 💼 Upgraded Dashboards for Agencies: We’ve received a lot of feedback on how to improve our dashboards for agencies and rolled out a number of awesome new features to support requirements around data presentation and KPIs. 4) 📈 Improved Trade Desk Account Match Rate: We’ve continued to enhance our integration with The Trade Desk and driven notable increases in account visibility. We’ve seen an average increase of 18% and up to 43% for some advertisers, more enhancements coming soon.
5) 🎁 Sendoso Integration: What do a cheese knife set and B2B ads have in common? They are both part of the B2B account journey! Sendoso provides an easy platform to send both physical and E-gifts to customers and prospects. Our new integration makes it easy to see when that happens during the account journey, and how these initiatives influence the pipeline.
4) 📊 Campaign Comparison Update: Our Campaign Comparison dashboard has been upgraded with more advanced filtering, drill downs, and easy access to flip between Campaigns and Sub-Campaigns. Use this view to find the best performing campaigns and ones that need attention!
5) 🏢 More Account Metadata on Account Detail: We’ve expanded the information available for each account in Account Detail! Now see Account Name, Account Stage, and if the account is a Target Account.
6) Website Tag Improvements: Continuous upgrades to the Octane11 Website Tag allows for even more reliable capture of URL, UTM, and ABM signal. Now even more engagements across all channels can be attributed to specific accounts and campaigns.
7) Creative Tag Generator Improvements: Advertisers using Beeswax, RollWorks, StackAdapt, Zeta, and Reddit ads can now generate ABM creative tags to place in upcoming campaigns. We’ve also made the tool more flexible when naming campaigns by allowing support for symbols and easy copy-paste of campaign names into the input.
8) Marketing Influence Drill Down Update: Access to an account’s influence journey is quicker than ever with our improved drill down. Click on any account in the Marketing Influence dashboard to see the activity leading up to a closed deal.
9) Flexible Data Export: Our new and improved data export tool allows you to export and push any of your Octane11 data to your BI tool of choice. Create your own visualizations, join outside datasets, and more. Setup is simple and data is available the next day.
10) 🪄 Sign-In with Magic Link: Forgot your password? No problem. Our new magic link sign in allows login via a secure link sent to your email inbox.
11) ✉️ HubSpot Email Metrics: We improved our HubSpot email integration to remove unsubscribe data, add Email Opens, and remove sales emails showing up as marketing emails. This is a common problem when working with CRMs that also house marketing data, which we’ve solved moving forward!
12) Department & Seniority Taxonomy Matching: We’ve continued to onboard new ABM data providers to bring more valuable firmographic data to our dashboards. This data is now normalized and de-duplicated to maximize department and seniority data across multiple data providers.
